Thank you for choosing PRIME STEP LLC. We are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and services. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please carefully read the following refund and return policy.

  1. Return Policy

One-Time Sale: All products are for one-time sale only, unless there is a defect. Products under normal use are not eligible for return.

Defective Products: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We will provide a replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.

Return Conditions: Returned products must be in unused, undamaged condition, and must retain their original packaging and labels. We cannot accept any used shoes or products with removed labels.

Request a Refund: If your product meets the return conditions, please contact us via email, providing your order number and a description of the defect. We will provide you with further instructions.

Refund Processing: Once we receive the returned product and confirm its condition, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. The refund will be returned to the original payment method.
