One-Time Sale: All products are for one-time sale only, unless there is a defect. Products under normal use are not eligible for return.
Defective Products: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We will provide a replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.
Return Conditions: Returned products must be in unused, undamaged condition, and must retain their original packaging and labels. We cannot accept any used shoes or products with removed labels.

Refund Processing: Once we receive the returned product and confirm its condition, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. The refund will be returned to the original payment method.
